Is my Shetland Sheepdog compatible with the Ferret i want to buy?

Unless it is a co-breeding, then the owner of the female pays the stud dog owner a fee or if the stud dog owner chooses, they could take 1st or 2nd pick puppy. The fees range from breeder to breeder.

this depends on hte genes and why you should research atleast back 5 generations.
But for the most part unless you have been breeding for years and have a good breeder to help you it would be a toss of the dice.
What can I expect from a Sheltie/Papillon mix?
